Christmas Tree Recycling

It's hard to believe the Holidays are already over and the trees have been taken down. Seed catalogs are arriving and a New Year has begun.

It was a great turnout of Christmas trees to be recycled at the park, bringing a fresh evergreen smell to the air. The mulch will be used on the trails this Spring.........right around the corner!

The Town Stationwagon was filled to the top with food donations for the Rush Henrietta Area Food Terminal (RHAFT) Thanks to everyone who donated.

A special THANK YOU to the volunteers from The Friends of Tinker Nature Park for their help and to Baker's Tree and Landscape for their generous donation of manpower and equipment.
