Autumn in Pictures at Tinker Nature Park

Autumn if my very favorite time of the year especially around the park. Today shopping for burlap and twine for the herb garden's deer topiary and potting soil to bring in the rosemary inspired me to photograph some of the parks fall splendor before I am taking pictures in the snow. Another inspiration to document fall was seeing the Halloween decorations come down to make way for Christmas, all too fast!

Indian corn on the horse barn.

Chinese lanterns ramble along the cobblestone.

The Country Lane

Concord grape leaves blowing in the wind.

Overlooking the wildflower garden, the maples are ablaze.

Rosemary ready to be brought in for the winter.

Cedar Trees produced a great crop of cones that will be used to decorate the Homestead for Christmas.
